- Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for exchange or store credit.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- To facilitate the return process, please ensure you include the original receipt or tax invoice with your returned items.
- We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returned items within the specified timeframe and meeting the conditions outlined above.
- Items purchased at a discount of 25% or less (including sale items) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Birdie Assassin does not cover the cost of return shipping or freight. Customers are responsible for any postage or freight costs associated with returning items.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at birdieassassin35@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
- Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
- Birdie Assassin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the outlined criteria or if the return process is initiated outside of the specified timeframe.
